Paint Sprayers Plus - Returns

Paint Sprayers Plus wants you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience. We will gladly accept returns on parts and accesories within 30 days on new, unused items excluding line stripers, turbine sprayers, agricultural sprayers and CA Technologies products (see below). Items to be returned must be in the original manufacturers packaging and be in like new resalable condition, we do not accept returns on used items. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

*Note returns on line stripers, turbine sprayers, agricultural sprayers and CA Technologies products will not be accepted unless proven to be defective and are not able to be repaired by warranty within 30 days from date of purchase. After 30 days from date of purchase all warranty claims should be dealt directly with the manufacturer.

Line stripers, turbine sprayers, agricultural sprayers and CA Technologies products  that are approved to be returned will be charged a 25% restocking / repackaging fee and all shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. We do not accept returns on pressure pots or used paint sprayers.

What conditions apply to my return? We ask that you contact us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your date of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Shipping charges are non refundable. Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving damaged order.

What is the first step in returning items to Paint Sprayers Plus?

  • Contact us within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.

Please include in your e-mail the following:

  • Name
  • Shipping address
  • Telephone number including area code
  • Product wanting to return
  • Order number or date purchased

(We only use the personal data you give us only to process your return.) 

In a responding e-mail, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number and specific instructions meant to streamline the return process. We will also provide the appropriate address for the return shipment. (Most items should be returned to Paint Sprayers Plus. In some cases, however, we will ask that you return the item directly to the manufacturer.)

Will my shipping and handling charge be reimbursed on return? We can refund shipping and handling in three cases only: if the item you purchase from us is defective, if it is damaged in shipping, or if we mistakenly send you an item other than what you ordered. Our shipping charges will also be deducted from orders that originally shipped free to the customer.

Merchandise must be returned in its original new condition and packaging (unless it has proven defective).

We recommend that merchandise be returned via carriers that offer package tracking or delivery confirmation. Please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

When will my refund be credited? Refunds will be credited upon return of merchandise and to the account used in making the original purchase. We will notify you by e-mail when your refund has been processed. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for processing.

We do not accept returns on special order items. If your special order item arrives damaged or requires service we will be more than happy to assist in replacing the item. Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving damaged order.
