Easier than I first thought May 18, 2026 Reviewer: Roger Soldano from Charlevoix, MI United States   Im a longtime woodworker and had often considered buying a quality HVLP sprayer. When my wife and I decided to paint our kitchen cabinets, the Fuji Q5 quickly rose to the top after researching our options. Paint Sprayer Plus earned our business with a great price and a quick, helpful response from a knowledgeable sales rep. The Q5 arrived shortly after, and within an hour I was spraying my first cabinet door. We had a water-based enamel labeled for airless sprayers only, but I tried it anyway with a 1.8 nozzle, 5% water, and a few adjustments. The result was a factory-like finish. The Q5 was intuitive, easy to use, and not intimidating. Best of all, it cost about $1,500 less than contractor estimates. With a little labor of love, we now have a beautiful kitchen and a Fuji Q5 for future projects. Was this review helpful to you?

Amazing Spray system April 28, 2026 Reviewer: Sapling Workshop from NJ   I recently completed a pantry cabinet project build out and used the Q5 to cover everything in polycrylic. The unit worked flawlessly and was significantly quieter than my old giant air compressor hvlp. The pressure assist on the paint gun was a welcome addition over my older gravity system and enabled me to help get all the just bit of finish. The gxpc gun was the best tool to spray the inside of the cabinets. It was really easy to get the sprayer inside the cabinets without having to turn the cabinets on their sides. The small form factor was a huge win. Overall extremely happy with this system and looking forward to many more uses. Was this review helpful to you?

Q5 PLATINUM Happiness March 30, 2026 Reviewer: Dan Sirois from Windham, NH United States   Recently purchased a FUJI Q5 Platinum HVLP sprayer, and so glad I selected this machine after long hours of research and reviews. Precision equipment for sure, yielding amazing results. Lots of helpful videos walking one thru the features of the Q5, well written manual as well. Extremely impressed with the customer service, Jason knows his products, and generously shared so many helpful tips from his years of hands on experience. He even told me to call him with any questions and he would walk me thru any spraying situation. That is above and beyond customer service, for that alone I give this outfit a SOLID 5 STARS Was this review helpful to you?

Flawless HVLP Sprayer November 10, 2025 Reviewer: John Clausen from Thousand Oaks, CA United States   The Q5 Platinum has been everything I could hope for in a portable HVLP turbine unit.  The machine is quiet and the spray quality via the T-75G is exceptional. I even used it for latex paint and it worked well using a 1.8 mm air cap set and 3M PPS 2.0 system.  Cleaning and maintenance is a breeze.  Fuji Spray systems are  the perfect solution for furniture finishing and cabinetry. Best Upgrade June 13, 2025 Reviewer: Diana Cosme from Garden Ridge, TX United States   This Q5 lays paint beautifully.  For years, we have refinished many types of furniture and always flipped pieces onto their tops just so we could spray the feet and under the edges. With the G-XPC we no longer have to flip. The “swivel” feature alone is worth the price of the system. So glad we upgraded. Here’s to many more years to come. Was this review helpful to you?

Fantastic spray system for latex paints! September 24, 2023 Reviewer: Kyle from Portland, OR United States   Used this sprayer this past weekend for a fence project and it worked great! Sprayed Sherwin William's primer and paint without too much issue aside from learning the new sprayer. The cup doesn't hold a ton of paint which is great for tight spaces like cabinets, but not the best for fence work so I will be getting a second gun for larger work. I liked that the gun has a stand so I can quickly set it down and fill it up in the middle of long paint sessions. One feature I wish that was included is positive stops for the spray nozzles for better accuracy. I gave up on trying to change the fan pattern during painting as it was a hassle to constantly adjust it and get it centered. I found that the adjustments were great to atomize the paint to get a great finish. It's trial and error and experience is needed to get the results you want. You'll have to practice on scrap wood, or they give you plenty of cardboard as part of the shipping materials to practice with. Was this review helpful to you?

Fast Service and good price September 17, 2023 Reviewer: Troy Perasco from San Diego, CA United States   I made my purchase based on pricing, but was pleasantly surprised by really quick delivery and excellent customer service. The sprayer itself is amazing. Other sprayers would never even be considered for a small project, but with the Fuji, the ease of use and simple cleanup is just a little more work than a spray can, so it get use much more often than I originally thought it would.
