Fantastic sprayer and a great company June 26, 2026 Reviewer: Darrell Hilde from Edmonds, WA United States   I finally had a project to use my Fuji D6. I love it! Having the versatility to change the turbine stage makes it very simple to adjust to match the product I’m spaying without having to dilute it. This is the second sprayer I’ve purchased from paint sprayers plus. I came back because of the fantastic service they gave me on my first purchase. I’m glad to say that over the years between my two purchases nothing has changed. The customer service is still second to none. I give them my highest recommendation. Awesome Results with Latex Paints May 18, 2026 Reviewer: W Keegan from Jersey City, NJ United States   I purchased this unit coming from Graco airless systems, spraying latex based primer and cabinet grade paints. I found the airless system was unforgiving from overspray and trigger pull splatter. I was spending too much time fixing overspray issues and cleaning out the paint feed hose.   I tested the D6 this weekend on doors an trim with some thinned Kilz 2 and un-thinned BM Advance using the 1.8mm air cap. I paired the sprayer with the 3M PPS system. The results were fantastic for a first effort. The atomization was fine enough to run multiple buildup passes to achieve final finish. I had zero trigger pull splatter issues, and used significantly less paint than my experience with the airless systems. The 3M PPS system allowed me to hot-swap prepared paint canisters and eliminated gravity feed suction issues.   The FujiSpray and community videos on spray technique and cleaning were very helpful.   The system paid for itself in the first weekend of use. Nice upgrade from the minimite4 May 6, 2026 Reviewer: David B from Kittery, ME United States   I've used a minimite4 for many years, worked great for cabinet finishing but required thinning. D6 is a great improvement to be able to spray without the need to thin. I was concerned reading some reviews that it was going to be loud. Perhaps it is compared to the Q5, but I was surprised to find that its significantly quieter than the minimite4 even on the highest settings. Was this review helpful to you?

Customer service April 28, 2026 Reviewer: Jeffrey Leahy from Cincinnati, OH United States   I'm putting the new system to work spraying SW Emerald. It's really enjoyable not to have to use the airless sprayer for the smaller jobs. The clean up time is greatly decreased. The airless still great to knock out large jobs but I just don't do as many. And special thanks to Jason Gilbert assisting with hitch in the shipping. Never would have expected the owner to call me directly with solutions. Was this review helpful to you?

Excellent Spray System April 25, 2026 Reviewer: Steve S from Vancleave, MS United States   First experience with HLVP system went extremely well.  Set up sprayer, hose, and T-70 gun with the 3M PPS 2.0 H/O cup, which was fairly straight-forward.  I sprayed Sherwin Williams Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel paint straight from the can--no dilution or filtering needed since 3M PPS cup lid has a built-in filter.  The paint went on extreamely well with a 1.8 mm cap set and the air supply set to "6".  Was very happy with the results.  Gun cleanup was easy and the 3M cup was capped and set aside for a followup coat. Fuji Spray D6 HVLP System T-70 Spray Gun November 27, 2025 Reviewer: Scotty Freitas from Klamath Falls, OR United States   Jason sold me a Fuji HVLP system that I have used since 2017 for custom cabinet and furniture finishing, I recently purchased the D6 system to hopefully eliminate the need for thinning when customers wish to use a enamel paint verse lacquers, I'm happy to say that I just finished spraying a custom dresser with Sherwin Williams Emerald Urethane Enamel strait out of the can with 0 thinning using a 1.8 tip, the D6 performed flawlessly and it was quieter than my older Fuji system while having much more power for thick viscosity products. With its cast aluminum housing, high output, remote control, great filtration and excellent warranty I feel I have bought the only  machine I will ever need. Money well spent!! Fuji raises the bar pretty high in providing this 6 stage beast, and there's plenty of power to push through even the thickest paints and top coats.
