I recently used this sprayer to spray some trim and interior doors. I used SW Urethane trim paint with a FFLP 310 tip about 5 on the dial.  The finished turned out great. It took some practice not to put the paint on too thick as it runs pretty easy. The sprayer was easy to setup, prime, spray and cleanup was a breeze.  Will be using this sprayer for many more projects around the house.

I bought this mainly for small jobs and painting high soffits with greater maneuverabilty.  Overall very happy with the unit but have two gripes:

1. Attatching the spray guard is touchy.  There seems to be too small of a margin between screwing it too tight and too loose regardless of spray tip.  Too tight and the tip won't spray properly.  Too loose and you have a leaky mess.  You have to keep an eye on it because it will eventually come loose on its own.  

2.  The pressure setting dial should be in a different location.  It's too easy to unintentionally alter the setting.  The way the gun rests in my hand, the dial always makes contact with the spray hand.

The gripes are not deal breakers but worthy of a one star deduction.

I appreciate the good communication practices with orders.  I will definitely buy from paintsprayersplus.com again.
