Quality, Value, Professional - AeroJet Sprayers RS1. The AeroJet RS1 is capable of providing a true professional level of finish quality. The RS1 features multiple spray gun controls for precision application. An adjustable spray fan control knob allows you to set the shape of the spray fan from a small narrow/round fan pattern to a larger wider fan. The fluid control knob helps provide just the right amount of material flow and the air cap can be set to provide either a vertical or horizontal spray fan. The AeroJet RS1 HVLP turbine spray gun is a non-bleed type HVLP turbine spray gun that will work on many makes of Non-Bleed HVLP turbine systems.

  • 1.3mm spray tip - Used for many medium viscosity materials (sorry no substitutions)

  • Not for use with 6 stage or higher HVLP turbine systems or with spray tanning systems. Not for use with air compressors.

I start years ago using the Areo Jet Rs1 with my fuji spray systems. I have a professional furniture shop were we manufactured high end, high quality furniture. All the finest hardwoods, best joinery, and finest craftsmanship means nothing if you can not achieve a perfect finish. So I was not immediately able to get a new fuji hvlp gun for the system I had at the time, so I decided to try the Aero Jet and was very happy with the results. Since then I believe I own about 4 or 5 or their gun and the cost difference is also considerable. I still have three or four fuji guns an they are great as well but when ever I need a new gun as of late I have been purchasing the Areo Jets they are a great value.

This gun is awesome and definitely worth the money. Actually probably worth more than what it cost. I think once most refinishes start finding this place the other companies are gonna have to lower their prices

First one works great with my Fuji system.  I only purchased the second one to spray a spar urethane and not use the same gun as I use for my other finishes.
